On Demand keeps jumping? It plays for about two seconds, stops, plays, stops. Help!

Every time I'm watching something On Demand, such as replay, TV, film, it just keeps stopping/jumping! I'll be watching for about two seconds, then it'll stop, and replay itself and stop, and repeat! Gah. If I pause it for a little while, then hit play it'll play on longer but still stop.

 

The weather is great, the cables are all connected. So what's wrong with my On Demand?!

I have the same problem, but I have narrowed it down to when I am uploading on BT Infinity......

 

I have called support where they started playing with by QoS settings and where supposed to call me back in 35 mins....that was 5 days ago........

 

Anyway, your thread......Is it in similar circumstances? Can you attribute it to anything else? Have you done the BT Sppedcheck?
