how do i find out how long is lef ton my contract?

Can anyone help me find out how long I have left on my contract, I was waiting to find out if BT vision were going to get the Formula one channel and as it seems they are not I want to know what my options are, either for reducing my package and getting rid of BT vision or cancelling altogether?
