restricting service.

hello, i had an email saying if i dont pay now my survice will be restricted..... what does restricted survice mean by the way? i paied my bill after the message, but i just wanna know what restricted service means. thank you.

Hi restricted means you will not be able to make outgoing calls until the bill payment has been made and the payment cleared in to bts bank account

If yourservice is restricted it can take up to 24 hours for it to be resumed after payment is recieved

i was kinda worried, we had bad weather that day, and my internet kept disconnecting, i thought they restricted me. i was worried cause i didnt wanna pay the £25.00 bill towards that....
