The keypad on my cordless phone (BT Freestyle 750) suddenly says 'keypad locked' and I cannot get rid of it, or use my phone. I do have another, oldfashioned, phone and have no problems using that.
How can i get back to normal on my cordless? I must have touched the hashkey/lock by mistake.

Try holding down the * button ( there should be a small lock symbol beside it ) and it should unlock

There is no lock symbol by the *key. Doesn't help to hold it down. Any other ideas?
Very grateful for anything that helps.

Hi Marta,
have you had a look at the user manual here:

Keypad lock is on page 21, it should be just hold it down again.
