E-mail asking me to update my BT Mailbox

I received an e-mail at the end of July asking me to accept new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for my e-mail account or it would be suspended on 1/8/21. I thought it looked a little suspicious so ignored it and my account wasn't suspended. This morning I have received a second e-mail referring to the one in July again asking me to log in to my e-mail account to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, failure to do so will result in my account being suspended on 18/8/21. Is it a phish?

It is a scam. Do not use any links in the email.

If you have any doubt just log onto your email account via your MyBT or by the email link in the banner at the top right of this page.
