How do you get a message on the right forum?

I have posted a message and it has gone on the Broadband/Devices forum. I tried to move it to a different forum, but my post just got added to the original post.

Can I move the post to this forum or do I try and enter it again in this forum?

You can't move a post from one board to another, only mods and CLs can do that.

We usually spot posts on the wrong board and move them.

posting the same question on different forum boards just adds to total confusion

I posted a question on Broadband/BT Devices entitled Data upload/dowload question. I feel it would have been better posted on Home Setup, WiFi and network discussions. Unfortunately being a beginner I made a hash of entering twice, so really it is the second post I think would be good to move as I am getting no response to the question this far.
