Hello

I am currently trying to contact someone at OpenView re: the external street box art programme. I have submitted a series of box permission requests on Sept 4th and have heard nothing back after 2 further prompts.

The request portal is obtuse and I can find no other method of trying to get hold of someone to formalise permission.

1. is anyone else experiencing issues?

2. does anyone have any further contact details as I would really like to get things moving forwards for my Community Groups, we're raring to go! 😉

The initiative is an Openreach project and has nothing to do with BT retail so unfortunately the forum can not help you.

I would suggest you get in touch with Openreach directly on their contact us pages and they'll be able to advise you further.

Yeah tried that several times now.

The chat bot doesn't recognise the type of enquiry and there is no recourse to contact anyone.

I realise it's a very small part of the whole business and tertiary to main aims but the system is opaque to say the least.

Have you tried submitting the Cabinet art request form.
