You can request that your data is removed by going here to the BT Privacy Policy

Currently, you would go to 'Your Rights' and then click on 'How do I make a request'.

There is a link to a form that you fill out. Once you've completed it, it goes to a specialised team to remove all for you.

If you need your Community account removed afterwards, let me know and I can do that part for you.
