Job application

Hello I am Ajay, I have applied for a apprentice customer advisor role which was advertised at talent.studysmarter by BT. I just am wondering how long is the wait for the results of I am in or not because when I looked up it says 24 hours but it's been 24 hours since I applied and got no response back and sorry just don't know if it's accepted or rejected. Please kindly help.

This is not the place for job applications for BT, it’s a domestic residential customer to customer forum.

Call or email whichever department you applied to because no one here can help you with your job application.

I don't clearly know what department it's for but I think it comes under the customer service department as it's a customer advisor role and can you please tell me what email should I contact on if possible and thank you.

But not on this forum, it isn’t a BT jobs application portal. Any other information you can find by simply doing a Google search.

If you’d read the OP’s post, they’ve already applied for a job but they need a suitable email to check in their application.

They’re probably supposed to manage their job application through the appropriate job portal but they’ve seemingly failed to do so.
