Adding an Account

Hi,

I am trying to add my Account within My BT. However, after putting in the Account number, it asks me to confirm my identity, and asks me to choose how to receive the PIN. However, there is is no 'buttons' or anything, to allow you to pick the way to receive it. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this ?

if this is a new customer account it can take a few days for system to be set up and then recognise for MYBT

When you were setting up the MYBT and your BTID you should have been asked to enter your email address and mobile phone number under you contact details. Depending on which one you choose that will be where a PIN will be sent.

Thanks for the prompt reply, I did put email and phone number in (as I have been sent numerous OTP to get into different parts of My BT (It really is a dreadful website that just loops on itself and is more desperate for you to take out a new deal. When I asked in ChatGTP, it said it is a common fault, try a different browser, disable pop ups disable ad blockers etc. I have used both Chrome and Edhe (2 of the most popular browsers out there, surely BT can get this to work on all browsers ?
