Contact details for BT managment

I am a GP and have to look after many elderly and vulnerable patients.

We are now working remotely as much as possible and this is made difficult as many elderly folk do not have internet access.

I have a suggestion as to how this may be remedied during this difficult time and need to speak to senior management to be able to discuss this idea.

Does anyone out there have a direct contact number for anyone in the BT authority system in the UK.

Thank you for responses. I have had contact with a BT moderator who will hopefully pass my details to someone who may be able to help
