&lt;P&gt;Remember, you can also use My BT online or download the My BT app to manage your bills, top-up, buy packs and much more.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The BT Community is also a great place to ask for help and advice about BT products and services. It’s available 24 hours a day, so you can ask questions and find answers when you need them without having to call.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The community isn’t just a place to come if you are having problems – if you just want to pop by for a chat that’s great.&lt;/P&gt;
