    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your prompt reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it normal that consultants would only call if a payment was due, or an email or at least a text message would also be sent in order to notify about such thing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been receiving calls for sometime now about my BT Business Account and a bill that is due, I have never had a BT Business Account set and I am baffled, the number calling each time is&amp;nbsp;0800443311, has anybody had this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Given what you have said about never having had a BT Business Account this is almost certainly a scam; in which case the scammer is spoofing a legitimate BT number via the internet in order to appear legitimate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following search on &lt;A href="https://who-called.co.uk/Number/0800443311" target="_self"&gt;Who Called M&lt;/A&gt;e seems to corroborate this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my experience you will sometimes receive a text message first (e.g. if you have a complaint logged and your assigned adviser wants to alert to their call) but this wouldn’t always be the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
