    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have come across another email phishing scam whereby the scammer is trying to extract info from BT customers.&amp;nbsp; This particular scam presents as an email from BT letting you know that payment for your BT bill has been declined and to avoid service disruption you should click on the link to change your payment option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is a scam please do not click on the link.&amp;nbsp; If you receive this email please do the following,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Forward the email to phishing@bt.com then delete it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If a suspicious link was clicked or attachment opened/downloaded then run a virus check on your computer&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If bank details were given out then contact your bank immediately and change your online banking passwords&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here is an example of what this particular scam may look like,&lt;/P&gt;
