Private message which is spam

Good Morning

I am not sure if this is the correct board.

I have received a private message from another Community member that is spam. How do I report this as I believe it is against the rules. I expect this person has sent a similar message to other members and personally feel they should be removed from the Community.

I'm really sorry you've received these messages, please don't respond to or click on any of the links that you have been sent as I can confirm they are spam. Please be assured that I am taking the appropriate action against the profiles responsible for these messages and would recommend that you delete any suspicious message you may have received. I received a similar message this morning part of which said: "Subject
Blink and it is gone! The best luxury reward offer for you! Here is your chance! Get bonuses now! "

Several suspicious links invited me to click.

Message has been reported then deleted.

I had the exact same message..suspected it was spam . But came on here to double check first.

Is nothing sacred anymore !!,,.

I also received this but it was from Avocadosl

Needless to say, it was deleted without opening

I had the same message, copied and pasted into browser and received a message that it was a dangerous phishing site and the page did not load. Obviously did not click on continue to the site. Deleted the message.
Not sure how people like this get onto the forum.

Hi Everyone,

Once again thanks for highlighting these spam messages, we've banned the offending profiles and have temporarily turned off the private message function on the community to mitigate the spam attack. I apologise for any concern caused by these messages and I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by the loss of our private message function which we will enable again tomorrow.

Same here - I clicked the link to look at the message but got accessed denied when I went to the page. The email looked completely like a BT email so I trusted it. Hope I've not had any details harvested. I hope BT are reading this and/or will act and advise us.

an email saying You’ve received a private message in the BT Community. it had a link that ltook me to the ebay community but no private massage?

Apparently it was sent by MonCherilz and said
