      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sean - can you help resolve a problem I have with logging into the CFP portal? I have never received any log in details. I’m told they have been sent, but for some reason the email is not getting through. I have an alternative email address that I’ve given to the CFP team, but still heard nothing.       <title>How to physically speak to someone at Openreach</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have the answer to this question? I have a CFP reference set up and have been waiting for log in details to the portal for many weeks. Nothing has ever been received. I have tried emailing numerous people at OR without success. I just need someone to tell me what password to use!! If anyone has ever succeeded in taking to someone at OR, I’d love to know how you did it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;BT Retail&lt;/STRONG&gt; customer forum, and has &lt;STRONG&gt;nothing&lt;/STRONG&gt; to do with Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please do not keep posting on this forum, as nobody here can help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try ringing Openreach on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;0800 783 2023.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
