who to report an open grey street box to

Hi guys, I am not a BT customer but want to report an open grey box on a local street which is open. I had to chase some kids off earlier today as they were kicking the insides of the box & causing damage.

Does anyone know an email address, where I can mention this before real damage is done?

Thanks Keith, frim that page I was able to establish it's a virgin media box so I will report it to them.
