    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had my Halo upgraded and an EE booster installed and now the IP address on the hub keeps changing so I can't connect to my work remote and work from home. This is causing me so much stress as I do the payroll. How can I stop this from happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;BT Residential accounts uses &lt;STRONG&gt;dynamic&lt;/STRONG&gt; public IP addresses which can change whenever there is a disconnection or network change. So if your employer requires the same IP address from your connection, then that is going to present a problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only BT Business accounts can have a static IP address, so if you intend to work from home all of the time, then perhaps your employer will provide a BT Business account with a &lt;STRONG&gt;static&lt;/STRONG&gt; IP address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
