    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is just a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer to customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; help forum, the only BT employees are the forum moderators who can only assist BT Retail customers, when there is a fault that cannot be resolved by forum members.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any external wiring left, is the responsibility of Openreach, and you can ask it to be removed, but there is likely to be a charge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So to add to this chain. I have a similar issue but the opposite. Whereas I went from Bt to virgin media who use voip for my landline. So I’ve ended up with a wire as per this thread. any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;fair point. But would have thought the service BT provided would have warned me prior to leaving a hanging wire, maybe would have kept a customer. if you have a solution why wouldn’t you mention. I do have a second property and 2 other accounts with BT so would appreciate any support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
