Hi all,

Can anyone point me towards an email address or telephone number for the openreach wayleave dept? I can only find a bunch of websites and forms to fill in and I really need to speak to someone directly in regards to obtaining a map of openreach pole locations in my area. Many thanks.

Try starting here https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/obtaining-wayleaves

They would only give information about the network directly affecting your property.

This is just a BT Retail customer forum, and has no connection with Openreach.
