If you are in the middle of a terrace, I can't see how the installer would route the cable to the front of your house. They might access your house at first floor rather than kitchen though if that is any better.

FTTP has gone live in my area. The fibre is on poles at the rear of my terraced home. When they install I don’t want the fibre accessing my property via the kitchen. Will the installers be able to bring the fibre into my home from the front of the property bearing in mind I live on a terrace.

Does anyone have any advice if this is possible?

CityFibre are due in my area in the next few months, think I’ll wait as they ar putting in ducting. All my neighbours will have the same issue, crazy to use poles at rear of properties.

You sure CityFibre are putting Duct to each individual property?

CityFibre now build most of their Network using something called, PIA. Physical Infrastructure Access. Basically putting it in Openreach’s Ducts and Poles.
