incoming calls

BT Decor 2600 will not receive incoming calls.

Power is on. Ringer volume is on maximum.

Outgoing calls can be made. Answerphone is off. Blocking is off. But have tried with them on as well.

What do you get if you phone home number using your mobile?

Make a call to your mobile from your home phone. If your mobile displays some other number other than your home number you have a crossed line.

No, I am not BT Retail customer.

Telephone is my mother-in-law's and us new.

I will check as you suggest.

I did make a call but I did not check my display on my phone.

You would need to contact whoever provides her phone service, as this forum is for BT Retail customers, who pay BT Retail for their line rental.
