Openreach has the incorrect postcode against my land line

Can someone point me in the correct direction. I'm trying to join BT as a new customer. Every time I put search my address with my postcode the address comes up. However, later it tells me the postcode is incorrect for the landline number!!

As you have a working service at the minute, it's up to your current service provider to raise an ORDI (Openreach Data Integrity) and have the records corrected.

I don't have the patience to sit on hold for hours with Sky. There is a reason I'm leaving them. Oh well, it will have to be a new landline number then.

TBH, how did Sky get an order raised if your actual postal address is in some way different to what Openreach have ….perhaps instead of trying on line you could call and they may be able to manually arrange the migration
