      <title>Hotspot payment taken, but not recognised by BT!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure where to ask this! I'm working away for the next three weeks, and my temporary office has a BT Hotspot nice and handy. I signed up for a daily plan on Monday, just to check signal was good enough (it is). And then yesterday once that 24 hour package had expired, I purchased the monthly one for £39. Money has been taken from my bank account, but when I log on to BT Wifi, I get a message saying I've run out of data and to buy more. So I'm guessing something's gone wrong during the set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no contact details in the WiFi portal at all - hence me asking this here! Any ideas of a number I can call to get this resolved? I'm £39 down, with no wifi and urgently need to do some work!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
