      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Keith,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for both reading and then taking the time to respond to my post. In response to your question, I’m both a B.T broadband and mobile customer. &amp;nbsp;However, if you’d be so kind as to humour my apparent fecklessness, &amp;nbsp;I’m simply just inexperienced and lacking knowledge in relation to most matters regarding I.T.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;May I ask if my question was incongruous to the normal business, dynamic and culture of this forum?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Before posting I did take the time to read through various previously submitted forum posts and their generously given responses. Subsequently I considered this B.T community to be a potential source of helpful information regarding my enquiry.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I apologise if I failed to coherently communicate my full circumstances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having put more meat on the bones of my status quo, I do still wonder if anyone reading my original post would kindly share any knowledge and/or advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
