I’ve never had that before. I moved to a bit less data because I wasn’t using anything like my data on the card. Now have 6G, used 3G but I didn’t expect to pay anything extra for data??

I’ve had an email telling me I’ve reached my mobile spend limit, but I’m on a SIM card with unlimited texts and calls. Is this a scam? It has my mobile number on it. I couldn’t log in to the site from the link on the email and had to send for a PIN. I didn’t use this, I logged into BT myself on the main site. Nothing seems wrong with my account. Anyone else had this?

I’ve been looking for a number to call someone on BT about this.....is it me, or is it almost impossible to speak to anyone anymore ?

Hi @lizmacg55 welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. Is it possible that you are reaching the £40 Monthly Spend Cap on Data? If so you can change the limit on your MyBT.

cheers
