&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry that your services have developed a fault and for the time this is taking to get sorted out.&amp;nbsp; I can understand the frustration with the fix date being pushed back and for the problems trying to speak with my colleagues to get an update.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Snapped cable and pole damage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please replace the snapped cable on poles 5 and 6 for case &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;**Edited**&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ive had no phone or broadband since 6th August. Can't get hold of customer support and the fix date is just pushed out everyday.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You would think the nation's telecommunications infrastructure provider could turn this around in 48 hours but no, instead it takes 480 months. Ridiculous in this day and age.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
