BT Broadband and EE Mobile Trial

A friend of mine has said he's received an invitation to a trial where he can get some sort of special discount for being on EE for his mobile (he's with O2 at the moment) and BT for his broadband.

I came across this article but wish there was a little more info available.

Has anyone else heard anything about that? Could be quite interesting.

You would need to sign up to be a BT Triallist and then be invited to take part in any trials that may be running.

When you are taking part in trial you are subject to a non disclosure agreement.
