Is this for a BT employee or an Openreach engineer ?

HI,

It was a BT Value team member I spoke with on the phone. I would like to make sure the feedback actually goes somewhere. It is strange there is no facility to provide this .

I've asked a passing mod to look and make contact with you, they are the only BT employees on the forum.
Normally you would get a 'Voice of the Customer' survey sent after contacting BT, that's used for feedback, however as you took the time to join the forum they clearly impressed you.

Great, Thanks. He did impress me. I think people like that should be acknowledged as they are the difference between a good experience and a poor one.
