    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've asked a passing mod to look and make contact with you, they are the only BT employees on the forum.&lt;BR /&gt;Normally you would get a 'Voice of the Customer' survey sent after contacting BT, that's used for feedback, however as you took the time to join the forum they clearly impressed you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was a BT Value team member I spoke with on the phone.&amp;nbsp; I would like to make sure the feedback actually goes somewhere.
