Ive recently moved from Sky to Virgin who have not ported my old landline number as requested. I can see this is a recurring theme with Virgin. Nevertheless i need my old landline back but it has now been disconnected. What do i need to do and how much would this cost as i intend to offset an expenditure to Virgin for their incompetence. Thanks in advance

the only way to get your number back is to become a BT customer - assuming your landline number was originally issued by BT and you are still at the same address when number issued

if you have read other examples on the forum then that explains it
