    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a new BT customer and the engineer is not calling out until 24/03.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the hybrid connect along with the smart hub 2 so that I could work from home until the engineer calls out to install the Internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the hybrid connect is not working. I have been on the phone the last 4 days trying to solve the issue, I have factory resetted everything numerous times but nothing is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I am trying to connect, it comes up as connected no Internet connection. Has anyone experienced the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in urgent need for the hybrid connect to work as I rely on Internet to work from home and at the minute this is not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The lights on the hybrid connect are blue and the smart hub 2 light is purple.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
