Why do you need that information as its normally just the phone number that identifies your circuit?

Hello again,

I have been using BT Wholesale Speedtester, following a number of intermittent very slow downloads. I am on a fibre to cabinet connection and cabinet is quite close. I tried the Additional Diagnostics option, using my telephone number, but didn't get anything at all (maybe I was impatient, so how long does this take?), so thought getting BBEU detail might produce results.
