Getting an employee recognised

I wanted to pass on my thanks and get the employee I talked to properly recognised. I had to sort out a tricky home move that involved a useless landlord and the employee was very sympathetic and even gave me the contact details for cleaning services which the new flat desperately needs. How do I let BT know he’s done a great job?
