Unknown business using my home address

Hi,

For a few years we've been receiving letters to our home address for a business that has no connection to us or where we live. I've returned letters and called BT business but nothing has changed. Does anyone know who I should be talking to to report this?

Why bother, just put them in the bin along with all the other junk mail, it will be easier on your blood pressure than trying to resolve it with BT.

Just write on the envelopes "not known at this address" and stick em back in the post box
