      <title>Orange hub on light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a fault in my area yesterday morning which was fixed by 9.30am however mine never came back on and I’ve had a solid orange light ever since. I logged a fault and they’ve advised it won’t be fixed by Tuesday at 6pm however I’m going to use all my data up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive tried to speak with BT but cannot get through and wondered if anyone had any suggestions. I’ve tested the phone line and that’s fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if there is no faults in your area now&amp;nbsp; you could try a factory reset of the hub by pressing the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 secs till lights flash&lt;/P&gt;</description>
