      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We first reported this on 12 April, and had an engineer visit on 15 April. He confirmed that there were no problems outside the house. Due to Covid-19 he did not enter the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We continue to have slow speeds. Regular speed tests show an average download speed of 16Mbps. It also drops out on a regular basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any options/solutions? Would a new router be a possible solution???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doug Williams&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;is there any line noise&amp;nbsp; dial 17070 option 2&amp;nbsp; should be silent and best with corded phone&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;which hub version are you using&lt;/P&gt;
