any extension wiring should be connected to terminals 2&5. you should not touch the openreach incoming connections.

you need to try a new filter and any extension socket with a device attached also needs to be filtered

my internet disconnects when the telephone rings or is in use. What do I need to change in my internal wiring to stop this? How is my current internal wiring done for this to keep happening? I know I need a micro filter but I want to know exactly where each of my wires are connected in the master socket for this issue to keep occuring. Thanks 🙂
