move or add a BT broadband external socket / entry point

I wish to move or have an additional broadband external wall entry point to the house. How do I contact BT do get this done? I have gone round in circles on the BT website... Thanks for your help.

Then you need to contact BT and ask for an internal shift. It will be Openreach that would do it, and the charge would probably be about £130.

Just the normal number 0800 800 150 and explain what you want, and ask them to place an order.
