Slow broadband, less than 1mps download

Been over a week now, reported fault. Can't phone as its not an emergency. Website has me round in circles. It says I should try this. Already went through all the steps numerous times. Still slow!

Hi @Disappointed4 welcome to the forum and sorry that you are getting on 1mps on your connection.
I appreciate that you don't want to call in but if you do need your connection please call in and speak with our faults team and they'll be happy to help.

If you still don't want to call can you carry out a Quiet Line Test and post your Router Stats and the community will be happy to help.
