      <title>Broadband Failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I live in the IG1O area of London. During the thunderstorms this morning our broadband failed. My router has a solid orange line and the “broadband” icon is flashing red.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to restart the router to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service status on the BT website for my phone number is unclear. The banner states there could be a broadband outage in my area which BT are trying to fix, but it lists this issue as one from the 12 August.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could the status of my service be confirmed please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
