Getting my noise margin reset?

Hi there, I need a moderator to reset my noise margin. We have found the issue being the filter in the line had packed up. We've waited 3 days now just need it all resetting if somebody could

As you are on adsl2 and not vdsl the DLM should release the banding automatically in3/7days if no improvement after 7 days connected post back and we can see if mods can help you

Hi @johndeereboy1 thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your broadband speed. Your connection is definitely capable of much more than 2Mb according to the stats.
