&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay in replying. Electrical interference can have a negative affect on the broadband connection. Take a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kitz.co.uk/adsl/rein.htm" target="_self"&gt;kitz REIN&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; for advice on that. As to your query about which hub, I personally have the Smart Hub 2 and have had no issues at all with it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Electricity Supply and BT hubs…</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could change of voltage in an electricity supply cause BT routers to drop out? If there was a fluctuation in power, and caused the router to go off and on for a second? I don’t think this is the issue, but I think these Smart Hubs are very sensitive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also which of the BT Hubs, work best with phone lines that are miles away from “the cabinet”?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
