    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having problems with my home broadband - fibre to cabinet, copper to house I think. Yesterday evening kept buffering, this morning OK then not working. I've tried switching the router off and on again and checked the phone line - fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the online BT help and it directed me to a phone number which has a message saying - Covid - unless you are very vulnerable, go online. I'm not in the vulnerable category. Downchecker suggests service OK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No idea what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
