Red los light on openreach box

My fibre broadband isnt working and I've noticed a red los light on the openreach box. I have ftp.

Tried ringing a few numbers bit keep getting told the desks are closed.

Could anyone help me solve my issues please?

LOS = Loss of Signal

Either a maintenance thing or you have a line problem.

Sadly a problem so just keep ringing.

It is Bank Holiday Monday and staff shortages will apply today.

Won't hurt to keep trying but personally I would start again in the morning.
