Slow Upload Speed on Fibre 100

Hi all,

For the last few weeks my upload speeds are averaging 1-5KB from my Windows desktop!! Download speeds are perfectly fine, getting full speeds.

I have tested this on multiple devices in the house using LAN and Wireless and the same issue is on all of them.

Speed test online shows I am getting the full 150MB down and 30MB up and so BT Fibre team say there is no problem and cannot help.

Transferring files locally through the Smart Hub2 -> NAS is working as expected so not a local issue it would appear, only uploads to the internet.

Any advice as to what could be causing this would be much appreciated?
