      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged an issue around slow broadband about seven days ago. Fault recognised but no update - anyone know a way to contact them outside of a phone call which they are suggesting you shouldnt do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
