Ordered fttp should I buy a router

Hi every one I’ve just ordered bt full fibre 900 but I’ve read so many people saying the smart hub 2 WiFi is hopeless for these faster speeds would you recommend I buy a new router to replace the smart hub 2

Why not wait and see how the hub performs and then make the decision.

I’ve read that the smart hub 2 doesn’t have WiFi 6 is that true?

I asked myself the same question a month ago.

Bought myself a new Asus RT-AX88U Router (WiFi 6 ready) so start the upgrade plan now.

Also fitted the Killer WiFi 6 network cards to both my Laptops so I'm ready for the upgrade when it happens in the next month hopefully.

Better WiFi than the Smart Hub 2 and according to reports it works with the latest 900 package no issues.
