Bt halo 900 upload

Hi had the halo 900 installed a week ago, download speeds are great hard wired getting 900ish no issues, but my upload is a solid 20mbps no more no less. Was on the 76mps package before and that had 20 upload. Spoke to a bloke from bt and they told me they are not obliged to do anything about upload only download and he couldn't help. Tried to factory reset etc no joy there.

WiFi from the router I'm only getting 250-400 max from all devices I've tried. I have the smart hub 6.

Any help I'd be most grateful
