do you have any line noise dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone

with drops at regular times it suggests something in your home causing interference maybe central heating boiler switching on/off causing arcing or some other electrical device

Hi everyone,

Not sure if I'm the only one with this issue, but for the last 2-3 weeks or so my router loses connection twice a day at around the same times: 9:00-9:30 am and 7:00-7:30 pm. It re-establishes connection on its own and only takes about 2 minutes, but it is annoying nonetheless.

I have tried resetting the router, power etc but still occurs. Any advice?

Thanks

Many thanks for your suggestion. I had an electricity usage meter next to the modem which seems to have interfered with it. Removing it has solved the problem!

Cheers
