    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi folks, we get a download speed of around 46mbps with our fibre broadband, but upload is somewhere around 6mbps - it's causing issues with working from home and uploading files while my son is gaming. Other than turning off his game(!) is there anything I can check to see what our 'best available' upload speed is? I'm sure I was getting at least 11mbps before switching over to BT fibre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;in order for the forum members to help please can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if&amp;nbsp; HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;you would not get 11mb up speed on adsl&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;your connection time is only 20hrs is that due to router dropping connection or manual reset?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;can you check for line noise&amp;nbsp; dial 17070 option 2&amp;nbsp; should be silent and best with corded phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a manual reset yesterday, but the connection dropped a couple of hours after anyway so the 20 hrs was from the dropped connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked for line noise, thanks for that, but can't hear any noise at all. I haven't got a corded phone, but nothing audible with my single handset cordless. No extensions plugged into the socket, just the single phone and BB. I've ordered a new filter to see if that makes any difference, but I would imagine that only helps if the line is noisy?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
